German Easter Markets

Easter without colored and decorated eggs is not really Easter. Almost every German city is having some weeks before Easter a market where you can buy everything connected to Easter. Germany is a country of traditions when it comes to Easter.
One popular market is the one in the Castle of the German city Wolfenbuettel. Since 22 years more than 50 vendors are selling and showing their decorated Easter eggs. Amongst the artists are  some from Poland, Russia, Holland and Lithuania. Easter eggs are collectors items and I am sure there are some which can be bought for thousands of Euros.
